Digital phase-locked technology has been widely used in frequency synthesizers, as well as some special occasions requiring high-stability frequency outputs. The programmable decade divider is one of the key components of a digital phase-locked frequency synthesizer in order to achieve f_ out = Nf_r, where f_r is the reference frequency, the channel spacing, and N is the number of programming. The frequency divider circuit of the general multi-level cascade multiplication factor is multiplied, it can not with the digital dial switch with direct read, the adjustment will be leapfrog.
