国际上对发动机排放标准的不断升级,迫使发动机生产企业对柴油机油耗测量方式的升级,由静态法到瞬态法的转换。为有效控制这类计量设备,需要一套可靠有效的校准方法和设备系统对其进行计量校准。采用瞬态质量流量计测量发动机燃料消耗率是必然选择。能达到此目的的流量计中,基于科里奥利原理的质量流量计成为不二选择。现在国内各发动机厂家应用于燃油消耗率测量的设备已大量采用科里奥利(CMF)质量流量计,有较大存量。
International emission standards for the engine continuously escalating, forcing the engine manufacturing enterprises on diesel fuel consumption measurement upgrade, from static method to transient method of conversion. In order to effectively control this kind of measuring equipment, it needs a reliable and effective calibration method and equipment system to calibrate it. The use of transient mass flow meter to measure the fuel consumption of the engine is the inevitable choice. To achieve this goal flowmeter, Coriolis-based mass flowmeter become the best choice. Now the domestic engine manufacturers used in fuel consumption measurement equipment has been extensive use of Coriolis (CMF) mass flowmeter, a larger stock.
