目的探讨护理人员在配合危重病人的抢救中的作用及存在问题的对策探讨。方法回顾分析2014年8月~2015年8月期间护理人员在配合危重病人的抢救中存在的问题,并针对问题制定相应的对策,于2015年9月~2016年9月期间实施,对两个时间段的护理缺陷及护理质量进行评分进行比较。结果观察组患者护理缺陷发生率显著低于对照组,护理质量评分显著高于对照组,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在针对问题制定相应的对策后,护理人员在配合危重病人的抢救中护理缺陷明显降低,且护理质量显著提升,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To explore the role of nurses in the rescue of critically ill patients and the countermeasures of the existing problems. Methods A retrospective analysis of the nursing staff in August 2014 ~ August 2015 during the rescue of critically ill patients with problems and to develop appropriate measures for the problem, from September 2015 to September 2016 period of implementation of the two Time care deficiencies and quality of care were scored for comparison. Results The incidence of nursing defects in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the nursing quality score was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion After formulating the corresponding countermeasures for the problems, the nurses have obviously reduced the nursing defects in the rescue with the critical patients, and the nursing quality has significantly improved, which has important clinical value.
