首次应用冷冻复型方法对培养人血管内皮细胞的内部结构进行观察,表明内皮细胞的冷冻复型样品所显示的细胞器结构清晰,立体感强;对膜性系统的观察结果与扫描电镜和透射电镜下常规样品观察结果相符,而在显示细胞表面的小孔和核膜孔方面优于以前的电镜方法。并观察了氢过氧化枯烯和硒作用下内皮细胞膜性系统的改变,进一步探讨脂质过氧化与抗氧化作用对细胞的影响。
For the first time, the frozen complex method was used to observe the internal structure of cultured human vascular endothelial cells, indicating that the frozen complex samples of endothelial cells showed clear organelle structure and strong stereoscopic effect. The results of the observation of membranous system were compared with those of scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy The results of the conventional samples are consistent with those of the conventional samples, which are superior to those of the previous electron microscopy in displaying the pores and the nuclear membrane pores on the cell surface. The effects of cumene hydroperoxide and selenium on the changes of membranous endothelial cells were also observed. The effects of lipid peroxidation and antioxidation on the cells were also investigated.
