鼻腔异物病是耳鼻咽喉科的常见病，在儿童中发病较高。近年来发病有明显增加，且异物种类呈多样化的趋势。我科1991年～1998年共收治鼻腔异物病437例，均经手术取出异物证实，其中1991年～1995年197例，1996年～1998年240例。回顾分析病例中208例有误诊史，误诊率约占47.6%。现
Nasal foreign body disease is a common disease of otolaryngology, higher incidence in children. In recent years, the incidence has increased significantly, and foreign species showed a trend of diversification.
