基本医疗保险基金是根据国家有关法律、法规和政策的规定,为实施社会保障而建立起来的专项资金。基本医疗保险基金的收支管理是医疗保险管理工作的重中之重,关系到基金安全和参保人员的待遇保障。本文结合驻闽铁路运输系统职工基本医疗保险基金征收和支付中发现的问题,就如何加强基本医疗保险基金的收支管理进行探讨。
The basic medical insurance fund is a special fund set up for the implementation of social security in accordance with the provisions of relevant state laws, regulations and policies. The management of receipts and payments of basic medical insurance funds is the most important task in the management of medical insurance, which is related to the security of fund and the treatment of the insured persons. Based on the problems found in the levying and payment of basic medical insurance funds for workers and staff in the Min-Min Railway Transport System, this paper discusses how to strengthen the management of revenue and expenditure of basic medical insurance funds.
