良好的家校沟通是班主任工作成功的关键因素。家庭教育潜在着丰富的教育资源。班主任如能很好地用好“家长”这一教育资源,教育教学将会事半功倍。本文通过一个案例,展示了班主任巧妙地利用家长这一资源转化了矛盾。案例展示的理念是不能把责任推给家长,而是体谅家长,设身处地地为家长考虑,多一点人文关怀,同时与家长协商,让家长以积极合作的态度和行为参与教育活动中,老师在解决问题时,让家长提前知道他们该做哪些工作,还要让家长明白这样做的意义,科学地引导他们开展工作,不断地体验到参与教育的收获与快乐,从而不断提高他们的积极性,从而达到教育的目的。
