改革开放以来,经济迅速发展核算单位增多,财会人员缺乏,新手大量上岗业务极待提高。各级主管部门,当前对主办会计的业务比较关心对其他财务人员,交流少,开会少,业务难以提高。会计工作存在于各行各业中,一个单位财务人员不可少,尤其经营性的财务人员,素质优劣更是直接影响其发展壮大。国家越发达经济越发展,管理型人才更显紧缺,急需培养成才。笔者认为必须从三个方面加以提高。一、重视抓好基本队伍培训,提高会计人员业务素质。
Since the reform and opening up, there have been more and more units of rapid economic development, lack of finance and accounting personnel, and a great deal of job opportunities for new recruits. The competent departments at various levels presently pay more attention to the business of hosting accounting to other financial personnel with less communication, fewer meetings and less business improvement. Accounting work exists in all walks of life, a unit of financial personnel essential, especially the operating financial officers, the quality is the quality of a direct impact on its development and growth. The more developed the country is, the more it will develop its economy. The more the management talents are in short supply, the more urgent it is to cultivate talents. I think we must improve from three aspects. First, pay attention to basic team training to improve the professional quality of accountants.
