常规的直肠镜检查有无血吸虫卵一直以咬切式取样钳伸入镜筒,钳取1~2块肠粘膜,置显微镜下观察。这种取样方法受到部位的限制,观察费时,还必须同时使用直肠镜、取样钳和显微镜,钳取肠粘膜时尚有不同程度的渗血,甚至可能发生较大出血。徐州医用光学仪器厂根据江苏省血防研究所设计而研制成功的直肠显微镜基本克服了上述常规检查法的缺点,经近千例临床使用,效果良好。现将直肠显微镜的结构特点和使用方法简介
