“以今律古”是存在于语言学、历史学领域的一种现象,在志书编纂中也有多方面的表现,导致志书的记叙偏离客观历史发展实际,从而影响志书质量。“以今律古”在志书中表现为对机构名、地名、职务名等专有名词的表述不当;采用资料的时间界限不准确;对一项事业的产生、发展到逐步壮大记述不客观、不深入;对历史的认识评价不实事求是。在实践中采取措施避免“以今律古”现象发生,可从加强研究区域历史发展进程、消除行政权力对志书编纂的影响、在行文中切实贯彻《地方志书质量规定》等方面入手。
“Ancient law today ” is a phenomenon existing in the field of linguistics and history. There are also many manifestations in the compilation of Zhishi, leading to the annotation of Zhishi deviating from the actual development of objective history, thus affecting the quality of Zhishi. “Now ancient law ” appeared in the book for the name of the institution, place names, job names and other proper terminology misrepresentation; the time limit of the use of information is not accurate; on a career, to gradually expand the description Not objective, not in-depth; evaluation of history do not seek truth from facts. In practice, we should take measures to avoid the phenomenon of “ancient law today”. We can start from strengthening the study of the historical development of the region, eliminating the influence of administrative power on the editing of the book, and implementing the “Local Records Quality Regulations” .
