人类的生存依赖于生物圈的资源与环境,人类的活动则影响和改变着生物圈。随着社会生产力的发展及人口的迅速增长,人类对地球资源无节制地索取所引发的一系列环境问题,对人类的持续发展构成了严重的威胁。因此,增强国民的环境保护意识已势在必行。而中学生正处于世界观与人生观形成的关键时期,环保意识的形成,对其一生的社会行为乃至对整个中国的经济发展与环境保护,无疑将产生巨大的影响作用。作为科学教学工作者,本文作者认为开展环境教育,培养环保意识和行为,已成为现代教育的基本内容,也是学校全面实施素质教育的重要组成部分。
Human survival depends on the resources and environment of the biosphere, and human activities influence and change the biosphere. With the development of social productive forces and the rapid population growth, a series of environmental problems triggered by mankind’s unreasonable demands on the earth’s resources have posed a serious threat to the sustainable development of mankind. Therefore, it is imperative to enhance people’s awareness of environmental protection. While middle school students are in a critical period of forming a world outlook and outlook on life, the formation of environmental awareness will undoubtedly have a huge impact on their life’s social behavior and even the entire Chinese economic development and environmental protection. As a science teaching worker, the author of this paper believes that carrying out environmental education and cultivating environmental awareness and behavior has become the basic content of modern education. It is also an important part of the comprehensive implementation of quality education in schools.
