随着地下工程大量采用锚喷支护形式所发生的变革,迫使在锚喷的井巷梁的埋设方式进行改变。原来对于料石、混凝土砌壁井巷中起重梁、托管梁等不管是预埋、预留、后凿均为插入砌壁体内,大都采用壁厚为其埋深,施工则形成了习惯方法。而锚喷支护的井巷一般喷层厚度只有100毫米左右,不能作为梁的埋深。况且岩石的各向异性,多层理和节理以及结构的多变,加之爆破松动,在较浅的岩壁中承载必须有加固措施。这就给井巷的施工和设计提出了新的课题——锚喷井巷梁的埋设方法。 根据近几年的施工,可将锚喷井巷梁的埋设归纳如下:
