目的 :探讨基层医院气管插管的应用对抢救急、危重病人的重要性,以提高整体急救水平。方法:分析在基层医疗卫生急诊抢救28例资料。结果:插管成功抢救26例,2例插管失败。结论 :实施气管插管应早进行,急救人员应掌握气管插管术保障急救病人及时有效通气。因此气管插管术在基层医院急救起着十分重要的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the importance of tracheal intubation in primary hospitals for the rescue of critically ill and critically ill patients so as to improve the overall emergency level. Methods: To analyze 28 cases of emergency treatment in primary health care. Results: Successful intubation rescue of 26 cases, 2 cases of failed intubation. Conclusion: The implementation of endotracheal intubation should be carried out as early as possible, emergency personnel should be intubated tracheal intubation to ensure timely and effective ventilation of emergency patients. Therefore, tracheal intubation plays a very important role in the primary hospital emergency.
