近年来应用电感耦合等离子体光源,进行地质样品的光谱分析已多见报导,大多采用等离子体轴心与摄谱仪外光路光轴垂直的竖式安装方式,本文参照Demers的文章,采用等离子体轴心与摄谱仪外光轴相重合的端视安装方式,进行了化探样品中多个痕量元素的ICP光谱分析,得到满意结果。本文还着重对两种不同安装方式进行了比较,论述了端视ICP的优点。
