人文修养是工作中或者是学习中表现出的一种礼仪,可以体现事件的发展和给别人带来的心理接受预期,是可以展现个人良好品德的表现。电视编辑是传播过程的重要环节,把素材和资料进行相应的编辑,最终让作品体现出相应的效果。在整个编辑的过程,人文素养体现对人性的关怀。本文对人文修养在电视编辑工作中的重要性进行分析,浅谈电视编辑和人文修养的结合,在工作中人文修养如何渗透到节目作品中进行研究,最后介绍了如何提高电视编辑工作的有效性,从而让节目的质量有一定的提升。
