注射维生素 K(VitK)引起皮肤反应是少见的,通常于注射部位出现红色斑块,部分可发展成硬皮病性斑块而长期存在。本文4例在 VitK 注射部位发生了典型的红色斑块。无一例发生硬皮病性改变。
Injection of vitamin K (VitK) caused by the skin reaction is rare, usually in the injection site red patches, some can develop into scleroderma and long-term existence of plaques. Four cases of this article in VitK injection site occurred in a typical red patches. No case of scleroderma changes occurred.
