本文将流体力学相似理论应用于研究防空化高压差调节阀的相似条件。这样,对所要研究的调节阀系列产品,只须选择原型系列中某一个规格产品,将共结果参数按比例设计制成模型,在低压水流量装置上测试其额定流量系数和流量特性,以及流体在阀中的压力和压差分布数据,便可按所建立的相似条件,推广应用于原型调节阀系列产品,便于摸索系列产品的规律性,尤其适用于新产品的探索性研究。作者用此方法已研究成功一种新型多级分流叠板式防空化高压差调节阀。
In this paper, the similar theory of fluid mechanics is applied to study the similar conditions of the anti-cavitation high differential pressure regulating valve. In this way, for the series of regulating valves to be studied, one only needs to select one specification product in the prototype series, and the total result parameters are designed into a model according to the proportion, and the rated flow coefficient and the flow characteristic are tested on the low-pressure water flow device, In the valve pressure and pressure distribution data, according to the established similar conditions, the promotion of the prototype valve products, easy to explore the regularity of the series of products, especially for exploratory research of new products. Using this method, the authors have successfully studied a new multi-stage shunt stacked air-venting high-pressure differential valve.
