对40耳渗出性中耳炎患者作治疗前、首次鼓室抽液后及近期临床治愈后纯音听阈测试、并用数理统计方法检验。治疗前平均听阈为41dB,首次鼓室抽液后平均听阈下降10.5dB,临床治愈复查时平均听阈下降17.5dB。治疗前高频区平均听阈提高较明显,治疗后听阈下降较低频区明显。抽液量的多少对听阈下降有明显影响。胶液组平均听阈提高明显,治疗后较浆液组听阈恢复差。
On the 40 otitis exudative otitis media in patients before treatment, after the first tympanic fluid pumping and near-term clinical cure pure tone hearing threshold test, and mathematical statistics test. Before treatment, the average hearing threshold was 41dB. After the first tympanic fluid pumping, the average hearing threshold decreased by 10.5dB. The average hearing threshold decreased by 17.5dB when the clinical cure was reviewed. Before treatment, the average hearing threshold in high-frequency area increased more obviously, and the hearing threshold decreased obviously in lower frequency area after treatment. The amount of pumping on the hearing threshold decreased significantly. Gum group, the average hearing threshold increased significantly after treatment than the serous recovery threshold.
