目的了解肇庆市≥18岁常住居民高血压前期的检出情况,分析高血压前期的影响因素,为制定高血压前期防治对策提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法对肇庆市8个县(市、区)≥18岁的居民进行问卷调查、体格测量以及血生化检测,调查内容包括基本信息、吸烟、饮酒、饮食、身体活动状况、身高、体重、腰围、血压、血糖与血脂等。对可能影响高血压前期检出的相关因素进行单因素和多因素非条件logistic回归分析。结果共调查有效人群3 269人,其中男性1 244人(占38.05%)、女性2 025人(占61.95%),城市1 131人(占34.60%)、农村2 138人(占65.40%)。高血压前期检出率为37.17%,标化检出率为36.99%。农村高血压前期标化检出率(41.03%)高于城市(30.34%)(P<0.01),男性高血压前期标化检出率(44.49%)高于女性(31.44%)(P<0.01)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,男性(OR=1.979)、40~49岁(OR=2.084)、50~59岁(OR=3.211)、60~69岁(OR=4.471)、≥70岁(OR=3.793)、农村(OR=1.710)、中心型肥胖(OR=1.274)、超重/肥胖(OR=1.476)为人群高血压前期主要危险因素,经常锻炼(OR=0.762)为保护因素。结论肇庆市成年居民高血压前期检出率较高,应加大开展控制高血压前期的防治工作力度。
Objective To understand the detection of prehypertension in people aged 18 or older in Zhaoqing City and analyze the influencing factors of prehypertension in order to provide basis for pre-hypertension prevention and control measures. Methods The questionnaires, physical measurements and blood biochemical tests were conducted on residents aged 18 years or older in 8 counties (cities and districts) in Zhaoqing City by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling. The survey included basic information, smoking, drinking, diet, Physical activity, height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipids. Univariate and multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analyzes were performed on the factors that may affect prehypertension. Results A total of 3 269 valid population were surveyed, of which 1 244 (38.05%) were male, 2 025 (61.95%) were female, 1 131 (34.60%) were urban and 2 138 were rural (65.40%). Pre-hypertension detection rate was 37.17%, the standard detection rate was 36.99%. The detection rate of prehypertensive standardization of hypertension in rural areas was 41.03% higher than that of urban areas (30.34%) (P <0.01), and the pre-standardization rate of hypertension was 44.49% higher than that of female (31.44%) ). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the odds ratio (OR) was significantly higher in men (OR = 1.979), 40-49 years (OR = 2.084), 50-59 years (OR = 3.211), 60-69 years = 3.793), rural (OR = 1.710), central obesity (OR = 1.274), overweight / obesity (OR = 1.476) were the main risk factors of prehypertension in population. Regular exercise (OR = 0.762) was the protective factor. Conclusion The detection rate of prehypertension of adult residents in Zhaoqing City should be increased to control the prevention and treatment of prehypertension.
