我们在临床上遇到一例严重霉菌感染病人,经用桃树叶治疗,收到良好效果,现报告如下, 李××,女性,48岁,农民,住院号24680号。1974年9月2日,因患中毒性肺炎人院。由于病人有胸腔积液、消化不良和较重的休克症状,故给予输液、输血,用升压药物及多种抗菌素治疗。住院第七天,血压与体温恢复正常。第九天起,体温又升至39.4℃,精神萎糜,口腔粘膜有多个溃疡形成,舌及硬腭有乳白色膜样物附着。白血球总数15,200,中性87%;大便呈白色粘液状,镜检有霉菌丝少许,小便镜检霉菌孢子(++),胸部X线照
