斑点叉尾(鱼回)为杂食性鱼类,具有生长块、适应性强、饲养容易、经济效益较高等优点,是深受养殖者欢迎的养殖品种。在养殖成本中,人工配合饲料占极大的比例,因此,降低饲料价格,才能取得更好的经济效益,为养殖者所接受。要达到这个目的就得降低价格较贵的鱼粉的含量,尽量以廉价的植物性蛋白取代部份鱼粉,以降低成本。为此我们进行了本试验。
