粒细胞与内皮细胞的粘附需要调节这两种细胞表面分子的表达。这些前粘附分子具有不同的结构和表达机制，既可将两种细胞缚着在一起又可作为信号诱发依赖于激活的粘附事件。缚着分子与信号分子联合调节内皮细胞与粒细胞在内皮表面的相互作用。
The adhesion of granulocytes to endothelial cells needs to regulate the expression of both cell surface molecules. These pro-adhesion molecules have different structures and mechanisms of expression that bind both cells together and act as signals to trigger activation-dependent adhesion events. Bound molecules and signaling molecules regulate endothelial cells and granulocytes in the endothelial surface of the interaction.
