宫颈癌热放化随机分组治疗

采用随机分组法将120例宫颈癌病人分为单纯放疗组（A）、热放疗组（B）、放化疗组（C）、热放化疗组（D）；治疗结束时评价近期疗效，结果表明：热放化疗组（D）疗效优于单纯放疗组（A）、热放疗组（B）及放化疗组（C），其它三组疗效相似。

120 cases of cervical cancer patients were divided into radiotherapy group (A), radiotherapy group (B), radiotherapy and chemotherapy group (C) and radiotherapy and chemotherapy group (D) by random grouping method. The curative effect was evaluated at the end of treatment : The radiotherapy and chemotherapy group (D) is superior to radiotherapy group (A), radiotherapy (B) and radiotherapy and chemotherapy group (C), the other three groups have similar curative effect.
