网络环境下文献传递服务改变了图书馆提供文献资源和读者获取文献资源的方式,弥补了图书馆馆藏资源的不足,充分体现了图书馆资源共享与信息服务的理念.本文通过对文献传递工作流程的分析,发现了文献传递工作中的问题并提出了一个完整的解决方案,即构建网络环境下图书馆文献传递工作的集成化系统.
