临床研究表明心脏病患者,血栓栓塞发生率明显增加,可能与血小板的功能异常有关。为此我们检测了76例心功能不全患者血浆GMP-140及ANP浓度探讨心功能不同状态下血小板活化程度及心肌细胞分泌ANP的功能。 对象和方法 一、对象: （一）选择无心血管、肺、肝、肾疾病和无感染无出血的健康人28例（男16,女12）,年龄42～73岁,平均61.8岁,由本院体检组提供。 （二）心脏病组:76例（男56,女20）心脏病患者
Clinical studies have shown that patients with heart disease, thromboembolism increased significantly, may be related to platelet dysfunction.
