In 2005, the State Council of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council held a national vocational education conference in Beijing, which summed up the past experience of vocational education and urged us to speed up the reform of vocational education and promote the healthy development of vocational education so as to fully raise the overall quality of Chinese laborers.
