研究了191例人体透明质酸(HA),发现胚胎组织中HA含量为(2038.39±336.51μg/L),新生儿血清HA值为720.81±385.76119/L,随着年龄增大血清HA逐渐下降,大约6月龄后血清HA较稳定地保持在45.92±35.92μg/L水平;肿瘤患者血清HA增高,中枢神经系统肿瘤脑脊液中HA显著增高。由于HA在新生儿中存在着胚胎现象,所以成年肿瘤患者血液或脑脊液中HA增高可能与“癌胚现象”有关。
191 cases of human hyaluronic acid (HA) were studied. The content of HA in embryonic tissues was (2038.39±336.51 μg/L), and the serum HA of newborns was 720.81±385.76119/L. Increased serum HA gradually decreased. Serum HA remained stable at 45.92±35.92μg/L after approximately 6 months of age; HA in serum of tumor patients increased, and HA in cerebrospinal fluid of central nervous system tumors increased significantly. Because of the embryonic phenomenon of HA in neonates, the increase of HA in the blood or cerebrospinal fluid of adult cancer patients may be related to the “carcinoembryonic phenomenon.”
