人们都知道有一个拿枪战斗的平山团,却未必知道,还有一个以文艺演出抗日的“文艺”平山团。事情是这样的,在平山团的组建过程中,刘道生、陈宗尧带领战地服务团,宣传抗日救国的道理,激发起人们参军抗战的热情,让人们一下子认识到文艺宣传的巨大作用。送走了平山团,平山县委书记王昭在青救会主任齐一丁的倡议下,在1938年1月着手组建起文艺宣传队,吸收青少年知识分子。4月24日正式成立了“铁血剧社”(1943年更名“群众剧社”)。剧社成员
