考察了以MBR生活污水和微电子电镀废水处理工程产生的废旧平板膜表面的PVDF制备再生膜的过程中,废旧PVDF占再生膜铸膜液中总PVDF的比例对再生膜结构和性能的影响.结果表明,向铸膜液中掺杂33%(质量分数)从废旧膜面提取得到的PVDF,对再生膜铸膜液黏度影响不大,然而将从废旧膜面提取得到的PVDF的掺杂量增大到75%后,再生膜铸膜液黏度有所降低,膜皮层结构致密程度较新膜低.制备得到的再生膜表面的水接触角与新膜相比相差不大,且新膜和再生膜表面均为亲水性表面.以新膜和再生膜运行MBR小试装置,4个再生膜组件的出水COD和NH_3—N浓度与新膜膜组件相比相差不大,出水浊度均小于1NTU.
The effects of the proportion of total PVDF in the reclaimed membrane casting solution on the structure and properties of the reclaimed membrane were investigated in the process of preparing the reclaimed membrane by the PVDF wastewater and micro-electroplating waste water treatment project.
