本文根据当前我国农村多种经营的发展,综述了需要人工干燥的各种物料资源及其干燥工艺。全面分析了我国农用干燥机械的发展与现状。提出农用干燥机械的发展方向是:综合利用;简化结构,降低造价;提高作业的机械化、自动化程度;改进干燥工艺;节能和利用多种能源,特别是各种再生能源。作者认为,仓式谷物干燥贮存设备将在相当长的时期内成为我国农村的主要干燥设备。
Based on the current development of diversified industries in rural areas of our country, this paper summarizes the various material resources and their drying processes that need artificial drying. A comprehensive analysis of the development of China’s agricultural drying machinery and the status quo. Proposed agricultural drying machinery development direction is: comprehensive utilization; simplify the structure, reduce the cost; improve the mechanization of the job, the degree of automation; improve the drying process; energy saving and the use of a variety of energy sources, especially renewable energy sources. The author believes that warehouse-type cereal dry storage equipment will be a long period of time to become the main drying equipment in rural areas.
