0 Introduction Dayuandu Hydropower Station is a national key project using the World Bank loan. It is located on the mainstream of the Xiangjiang River in Hengdong County, Hunan Province, 62 kilometers away from Hengyang City. The power station is equipped with four bulb tubular units with a capacity of 30MW. The main equipment is introduced from Austria ELIN, MCE and Germany SULZER. One of the units used in computer monitoring exchange uninterruptible power supply from ELIN company
