探讨使用德国耶拿公司的SSA600型全自动固体进样装置,石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定土壤中的铅,通过对仪器条件的优化,同时采用添加基体改进剂技术,避免土壤中复杂基体的影响。铅的检出限是0.12mg/kg,相对标准偏差在5.1%以内,加标回收率为91.2~105.8%,方法准确,满足环境土壤测试方法的要求。
The SSA600 automatic solid sampling device of Jena AG in Germany was used to determine lead in soil by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The optimization of instrument conditions and the addition of matrix modifier technology were used to avoid the influence of complex matrix in soil. The detection limit of lead was 0.12mg / kg, the relative standard deviation was within 5.1% and the spiked recovery was 91.2 ~ 105.8%. The method was accurate and satisfied the requirements of environmental soil testing methods.
