以两个转W16基因小麦株系及相应的受体对照品种为材料,在大田控水的条件下研究了水分胁迫对转基因小麦抽穗期相关生理特性的影响,利用方差分析方法对转基因株系的抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明:转基因株系和对照及受体有着较大的差异,随着水分胁迫的加剧,参试品种的相对含水量、气孔导度、光合速率、叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,转基因小麦的下降幅度较小;丙二醛含量、胞间CO2浓度、质膜相对透性呈上升趋势。受体对照品种的上升幅度大于转基因小麦;转基因小麦的脯氨酸含量显著高于对照品种。方差分析表明,转基因小麦株系G19-X51、G19-X61具有较好的抗旱性。
Two W16 transgenic wheat lines and their corresponding control varieties were used as materials to study the effect of water stress on the physiological characteristics related to heading date of transgenic wheat under water control conditions in the field. Drought resistance conducted a comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that there was a big difference between the transgenic lines and the control and the receptor. With the increase of water stress, the relative water content, stomatal conductance, photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of the tested varieties showed a decreasing trend. The decreasing extent of the transgenic wheat, Smaller; MDA content, intercellular CO2 concentration, plasma membrane relative permeability is on the rise. Recipients rose more than control varieties; the proline content of transgenic wheat was significantly higher than that of the control. Analysis of variance showed that the transgenic wheat lines G19-X51 and G19-X61 had better drought resistance.
