当前,我国改革处于攻坚阶段,发展处于关键时期,经济体制、社会结构、利益格局和思想观念深刻变化,由此引发了一系列的社会问题、社会矛盾,使整个社会遭遇了前所未有的挑战。这种情况如果得不到有效的协调和解决,将直接影响到和谐社会的建设。因此,如何化解社会矛盾,构建一个和谐、安定的社会,就成为了当今最迫切的任务之一。本文拟从社会整合、协调疏导、心理调控和预防控制四个方面来阐释思想政治教育在化解社会矛盾中的作用。
At present, the reform of our country is in a crucial stage of development and the development is in a crucial period. The profound changes have taken place in the economic structure, social structure, interest pattern and ideological concepts. As a result, a series of social problems and social conflicts have been triggered and unprecedented challenges have been encountered for the entire society. If this kind of situation can not be effectively coordinated and solved, it will directly affect the construction of a harmonious society. Therefore, how to resolve social conflicts and build a harmonious and stable society has become one of the most urgent tasks of our time. This article intends to explain the role of ideological and political education in resolving social conflicts from four aspects: social integration, coordination and counseling, psychological regulation and prevention and control.
