宁波启动“3315计划”围绕“六个加快”推进和现代化国际港口城市建设需求,充分发挥海外高层次人才在促进经济转型升级、加快发展方式转变中的引领和支撑作用,我市决定启动实施海外高层次人才引进“3315计划”。该计划的主要任务是:从2011年开始,引进并重点支持一批海外高层次人才来宁波创新创业,力争其中30名列入中央“千人计划”、300名列入省海外高层次人才引进
