随着高等职业院校的不断增加和在校生数量的不断扩展,加强学生思想政治教育研究的重要性和紧迫性就更加突显出来。高等职业教育是我国国民教育体系的一个组成部分;加强学生思想政治工作,培养社会主义的“四有”新人,是我国教育事业的一贯方针。在我国改革开放、经济建设不断发展的阶段,教育体制改革的影响和西方文化的渗透,使高职院校学生的思想政治教育工作变得更为困难和严峻。本文深入分析高职院校学生思想政治工作的特点、面临问题,探求新时期我国高职院校加强学生思想政治工作的对策。
With the continuous increase of higher vocational colleges and the continuous expansion of the number of students, the importance and urgency of strengthening the research of ideological and political education of students become even more prominent. Higher vocational education is an integral part of our national education system. Strengthening student ideological and political work and training socialist “four ” newcomers are the consistent guideline of education in our country. In the period of China’s reform and opening up and the constant development of economic construction, the influence of the educational system reform and the penetration of Western culture have made it more difficult and severe for the ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes in depth the characteristics of ideological and political work of students in vocational colleges, faces the problems and probes into the countermeasures to strengthen ideological and political work of students in higher vocational colleges in the new period.
