On September 11, 1996, the Medical Consultation Committee of the Transfusion Council of the Dutch Red Cross Society held an invitation to discuss the “best” and “maximum” safety testing of blood supply, and invited blood transfusion specialists, clinicians, Interested patient representatives, health management department officials, and members of the National Assembly participate.
