目的:观察正骨通痹丸对双侧去卵巢所致骨质疏松大鼠骨力学的影响,以明确其疗效。方法:使用十周龄Wistar大鼠,采用双侧去卵巢手术的方法建立去卵巢骨质疏松动物模型,连续灌胃给药治疗11周后处死,分离股骨,进行骨密度、骨矿含量及骨力学等方面的检查;同时进行血钙及血磷含量的测定。结果:与假手术组相比,去卵巢组大鼠股骨的骨密度、骨矿含量、抗弯强度、最大弯曲力及断裂挠度均显著下降。与去卵巢组相比,正骨通痹丸各剂量组(1.35、2.7、5.4g/kg)骨密度、骨矿含量显著增加;正骨通痹丸5.4g/kg剂量组骨钙、骨磷、最大弯曲力、抗弯强度及断裂挠度均显著增加。结论:正骨通痹丸可显著升高去卵巢所致骨质疏松大鼠骨密度,并有效改善其生物力学性能,增强其抗骨折能力。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Zhenggutongyu Pills on bone mechanics of osteoporosis rats caused by bilateral ovariectomy in order to clarify its curative effect. METHODS: Ten-week-old Wistar rats were used to establish an animal model of ovariectomized osteoporosis by bilateral ovariectomy. The animals were sacrificed after 11 weeks of continuous intragastric administration. Femurs were isolated and bone mineral density, bone mineral content, and bone were removed. Mechanical and other aspects of the inspection; at the same time blood calcium and serum phosphorus determination. RESULTS: Compared with the sham-operated group, the bone mineral density, bone mineral content, bending strength, maximum bending force, and deflection deflection of the femurs of the ovariectomized rats were significantly decreased. Compared with the ovariectomized group, the bone mineral density and bone mineral content in each dose group (1.35, 2.7, 5.4 g/kg) of Zhenggu Tongyu Pills increased significantly; bone calcium, bone phosphorus, and maximum dose of the Zhenggu Tongyu Pill 5.4g/kg dose group. The bending force, bending strength and deflection have all increased significantly. Conclusion: Zhenggu Tongyu Pills can significantly increase bone density in ovariectomized rats with osteoporosis, and effectively improve their biomechanical properties and enhance their resistance to fracture.
