当前,我国正在全面建设社会主义小康社会,在这个过程中,以人才强国是我国主要的发展战略之一。本文主要对我国实施人才强国战略的有关文献及研究成果进行研究综述。
At present, our country is building an overall well-to-do society of socialism. In this process, strengthening one's power with talent is one of China's major development strategies.
