去年6月,媒体相继报导了北京同仁堂集团公司“兼并”北京市崇文区中医院的消息。合作形式是北京同仁堂集团整体接收北京市崇文区中医医院,并更名为“北京同仁堂崇文中医医院”。同仁堂集团每年向医院投入人民币200万元,用于医疗设备更新。同时双方建立领导例会制度,共同研究决定医院发展建设的所有重要事项。在医院新址建成之前,同仁堂集团委托崇文区卫生局对医院进行代管。 企业兼并事业单位,做为医药改革的一种新尝试,引起了社会的普遍关注。那么在这样一个举措的实施过程中,医院内部职工怎样看待和适应这一变革呢?
In June last year, the media reported the news that Beijing Tong Ren Tang Group “merged” the Chinese Hospital of Chongwen District in Beijing.
