为适应高校违纪案件检查工作呈现出的新特点,在教育纪工委主持下,形成了北京高校案件协审工作的制度和机制,提供了查办案件工作交流提高的平台。推行协审制度,对于提高高校纪委办案工作质量,最大限度地保证党政纪案件审理和量纪的统一尺度,促进纪工委与高校纪委之间的双向互动、经验的双向交流都能起到积极作用。
