This book is an overview of the experiments conducted by the uninformed with government-sponsored records that document the history of the U.S. immoral medical trials from the Second World War to the present. Moreno is a professor of biomedical ethics at the University of Virginia and was named in 1994 as a member of the Human Radiation Testing Advisory Board. The establishment of this special committee by President Clinton is a response to Wealmsame’s investigation into the radiation tests conducted by the government during the Cold War. Although some of the areas covered in this book are the same as Wellsammer’s Plutonium Archive, Moreno compared the chemical and biological warfare he investigated
