目前,“一带一路”、京津冀、长江经济带、珠江-西江经济带等共包括大概21个城市群,基本覆盖了除西藏以外的其他地区。城市群建设,基础设施互联互通是前提,重点在高速铁路、公路、水运、港口、机场等领域。考虑东、中、西部及东北地区基础设施发展的不同,基建投资主要在中西部,城际铁路建设是主要内容。
At present, the “Belt and Road”, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Pearl River-Xijiang Economic Belt collectively cover about 21 urban agglomerations and basically cover other regions except Tibet. The construction of urban agglomerations and interconnection of infrastructure are prerequisites, with emphasis on high-speed railways, highways, waterways, ports and airports. Considering the differences in infrastructure development in the east, middle, west and northeast regions, infrastructure investment is mainly in the central and western regions and inter-city railways are the major contents.
