针对任京管道运行能耗费用高且投产至今未清管、输送原油种类复杂多变等几个突出问题,系统总结了近年来任京管道的研究成果,对大庆冀东混合原油流变特性进行深入研究,提出了正反输管道结蜡规律预测技术。通过任京管道改线工程,首次获得了长期不清管条件下沿管道径向位置不同层位的蜡层沉积物,并进行了基本物性分析。通过实测管道结蜡厚度,验证了正反输管道结蜡规律预测技术的可靠性,对确保任京管道安全运行具有指导意义。
In view of several outstanding problems such as high energy consumption of Renjing pipeline operation, unmanned pipelines put into operation till now, complicated and changeable crude oil transportation, the research results of Renjing pipeline in recent years are systematically summarized. The rheological characteristics of Daqing Jidong mixed crude oil In-depth study, put forward the positive and negative pipeline Waxing law prediction technology. Through Renjing pipeline rerouting project, the wax layer deposits at different layers along the pipeline radial position for the first time under the condition of long-term non-clear pipe were obtained and the basic physical properties were analyzed. By measuring the thickness of the pipeline waxing, the reliability of the forecasted pipeline waxing law was verified, which is instructive for ensuring the safe operation of Renjing pipeline.
