针对某型号高落差汽车转向弯臂在终锻时易出现缺肉、充不满等缺陷,通过实验分析与有限元研究,分析了坯料在终锻成形时的运动情况,制定了在终锻前对坯料进行预压的工艺方案,并对改进后的工艺方案进行研究。研究结果表明:预压工艺降低了毛坯在终锻型腔中的定位难度,降低了产品报废率,降低了对工人操作水平的要求,提高了工艺稳定性,加快了生产节拍,提高了设备利用率。
In view of the defect that a certain type of high turning vehicle steering arm is prone to lack of meat and full of dissatisfaction during the final forging process, the motion of the blank during the final forging process is analyzed through experimental analysis and finite element analysis.
