众所周知,学生知识的掌握、能力的发展都离不开学习主体——学生自身的智力活动的内化,这是其他任何因素都无法替代的一种特殊的认识活动。因此,课堂教学中教师必须充分发挥其主导作用,精心组织教学过程,激发学生积极思维,努力使教学过程的每一个环节对学生具有一种强大的吸引力,从而使学生产生对这一学科的极大兴趣,积极参与探究知识、获得知识的过程。实验证明:一些智能不高但学习兴趣浓厚的学生,成绩会大大高于智能高却没什么兴趣的学生。那么,如何才能有效地提高学生的学习兴趣呢?激励性评价就是提高学生学习兴趣的一种非常有效的手段。
