建立了茵栀黄注射液中黄芩甙含量的反相高效液相色谱测定法。用Spherisorb—C18柱，流动相为甲醇－0．4％磷酸溶液（6：4），检测波长为278nm。实验表明，该法简便，迅速，准确，重现性好。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the determination of jaundice in Yinzhihuang injection. Using a Spherisorb-C18 column, the mobile phase was a methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (6:4) and the detection wavelength was 278 nm. Experiments show that the method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible.
