Building energy consumption occupies a considerable proportion of the total energy consumption in the society. The economically developed countries account for about one-third of the total energy consumption. China’s building energy consumption accounts for about 20% to 25% of the country’s total energy consumption. With the continuous construction of a large number of buildings, the proportion of building energy consumption is also rising. At present, China’s heating standards are very low, but the heating energy consumption of buildings in winter is quite considerable. The average energy consumption per unit of building area is for developed countries.
