随着我国经济的发展,住宅建筑已经迈向数量、质量型,以建筑群形式出现。人们要住舒适、房间配置合理、功能齐全、环境优美的房子。因此,建筑设计者要综合考虑各种因素,提高住宅建筑的使用、长寿、经济和环境等性能,可以最大限度满足不同人群的生活需求,提高人们的生活居住条件,促进精神文明与物质文明共同发展。本文主要介绍了住宅建筑设计原则,并通过工程实例,针对某住宅建筑设计过程中的相关要点进行分析,以供同僚参考。
With the development of economy in our country, residential buildings have been moving towards quantity, quality and appearance in the form of buildings. People want to stay comfortable, the room is equipped with reasonable, fully functional, beautiful environment of the house. Therefore, architectural designers should comprehensively consider various factors and improve the residential building’s use, longevity, economy and environmental performance, which can meet the needs of different people to the maximum extent possible, enhance people’s living and living conditions, and promote the common development of spiritual civilization and material civilization development of. This article mainly introduces the principle of residential building design, and through the case of engineering, analyzes the relevant points in the design process of a residential building for reference by colleagues.
