高孔隙率且集料颗粒之间具有互相连通的孔隙是多孔混凝土的主要特征,然而这会导致其强度和耐磨性的显著降低。本研究中,在多孔混凝土中添加乳胶和纤维,以期提高其耐磨性;进行室内试验评估乳胶改性多孔混凝土的性能,主要是耐磨性。试验结果表明,添加乳胶提高了多孔混凝土的强度和耐磨性,而纤维对多孔混凝土的力学性能并没有产生明显的影响。此外发现采用改进的沥青路面分析仪(APA)磨耗试验可以较好地评价多孔混凝土的耐磨性。
Pores with high porosity and interconnected aggregate particles are the main features of cellular concrete, however this leads to a significant reduction in their strength and wear resistance. In this study, latex and fiber were added to porous concrete to improve their wear resistance. The indoor test was conducted to evaluate the properties of latex modified porous concrete, mainly the wear resistance. The results show that the addition of latex improves the strength and wear resistance of porous concrete, while the fiber has no obvious effect on the mechanical properties of porous concrete. In addition, it is found that the improved asphalt pavement analyzer (APA) wear test can evaluate the wear resistance of porous concrete well.
